The main activities of Ultra Air Conditioning Pty Ltd are divided
into two segments:

Sales:
Ultra Air Conditioning has established a place for itself within
the industry with 95% of its core market being project builders.
Ultra Air encourages the support and promotion of the highest quality,
Australian products for our customers. To this end, Ultra has aligned
itself with some of the leading air conditioning manufacturers and
suppliers in the country.
Ultra Air insists on providing the best Australian products to
our clients. Pictured above are examples of units Ultra use in their
installations. Ultra Air Conditioning is an accredited Daikin dealer
and stands by the reliability of their carefully selected suppliers
like Actron and Polyaire.
Installation:
The Ultra Air installation procedure is made up of four (4) separate
stages:
1. Pre-construction Consultation
2. Rough In
3. Cut and Fit
4. Commissioning
| 1. Pre-
Construction Consultation |
| In this initial stage, customers
are invited to visit us at our offices for a face-to-face discussion
with our friendly, professional staff. It is at this point they
are informed of exactly how the installation for their project
is to be carried out and plans are reviewed and fine-tuned in
relation to outlet and unit location. Customers may take the
opportunity to address any concerns they may have regarding
their installation and the Ultra team will offer the benefit
of their expertise in making certain the client achieves the
desired result, providing "comfort with confidence". |

| 2. Rough
In |
| This next step takes place at the stage
of construction prior to the fitting of the gyprock walls and
ceilings. The Ultra assigned team of specialist tradesmen install
the indoor unit and associated duct work. |

| 3. Cut &
Fit |
| The third stage in the process occurs once
the gyprock walls and ceilings are in place. Outlet grilles
and control panels are put in place. |
 |
| 4.
Commissioning |
| The final stage of the installation, consists
of the placement and connection of the outdoor unit, unit start-up
and operations analysis. Ultra technicians carry out Quality
Assurance checks to guarantee a successful end result for both
Ultra and the client. |

It is important that every stage in the 4-stage process flows successfully
into the next. To enable this, each assignment is issued to a skilled
team focussed solely on the task at hand and a supervisor who monitors
the standard of workmanship.
In the event of problems arising, Ultra can effect an immediate
resolution on site due to its’ dependable team support network.
 Central
to this is Director Anthony Licastro who maintains a 'hands on'
approach within the company overseeing all facets of the business
operations. In addition, Ultra Air Conditioning has created a new
service division in order to cater to the demands of the market.
The Ultra service division carries out warranty related service,
yearly services and corrective maintenance.
